Omg Jeanne! You crack me up! There is a back story the that situation that I was not fully aware of at the time. Obviously! But I will write about sometime. Lets just say we are never upset by the reason we think.
I love the stages of connection, a keen observation. I've appreciated the many catalysts you've provided as I've moved through them. Unfortunately, arrival at the next stage doesn't seem to be permanent and I find myself cycling through them, often hourly. My own heart sank under the weight of the words "We are hours older, and my heart hangs heavy on the vine." We measure our progress mostly in days, weeks, months and years, so it seems much easier to waste an hour. The words you have given us, remind us to stay present, focus on the moment, the minutes, the hours, the small things, because they are the building blocks of bigger things and pass quickly.
Thank you for composing all this. I struggle with writer's block too. Now, simply commenting helpfully wherever trying to give others a boost. Sorry for the tetanus message. I shouldn't write that.
The jam on toast pulled me in. Ironically, while I was reading your post, I was eating this amazing pistachio curd I recently purchased from a small cheese shop.
I didn’t just spread it on the cracker; I added a dollop of whipped cream! It made the flavor of the nutty spread pop!
From now on, I am going to think of comments as the whipped cream of deliciousness that can inspire!
Billie is crazy about pistachio! When I was in Mexico I was given a homemade pistachio chocolate bar. Wow! Loved it. Need to find the recipie. And yes to reframing what comments could be. Thresholds to new writing prompts.
Thanks for the tetanus shot reminder . I’m long overdue. Much love.

Yes. I am on a TSA line right now. The wait is 30 minutes. But you can pay to cut the line. We are always right where we need to be.

Reverberations! ❤️
Thanks for being my creative caylist.
Commenting is a great practice, like a mini writing prompt.
